As a Yoga Teacher, Fitness Instructor, Wellness Coach, Mother, Woman, and Friend, it is my desire to inspire you to actualize your goals in health and in life.

I believe that the most important form of health care is self-care.

When we learn how to truly nurture and nourish ourselves— body, mind, and soul— by combing the power of community, strength of fitness, and wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, we are able to experience optimal wellness and well-being.

Most of us are familiar with benefits of the workout, but what about the work IN?

The sweat represents activity, will-power, and the fire within.

Soma stands for all that nourishes and is responsible for endurance by sustaining the fire within.

Like the sun and the moon, these are two sides of one coin.

These are the qualities of a body, mind, and life in balance. Yet, when these qualities are out of balance, we can feel depleted, stagnant, and unmotivated.

By uniting the power of community, strength of fitness, and wisdom of yoga & ayurveda, we can create a life that is THRIVING.
